Which issue does a subscription start with?

 

You have the option of starting your subscription with the current issue or with the next issue to be published.

 

Can I subscribe for two years?

 

Of course you can. In this case, the price for the one-year subscription is doubled.

 

Does my subscription renew automatically?

 

No, to renew your subscription, you must purchase a new subscription for the duration of your choice. You can manage your subscriptions by logging into your account or by contacting SODEP by phone.

 

Are special issues included in the subscription?

 

No, these issues are not part of the subscription. However, they can be purchased individually.

 

Do you have a special price for students?

 

No, there are no student discounts on the SODEP website. Special prices are only offered at certain events.

 

 

Purchases

Is it possible to pay for my purchases without a credit card?

 

Yes, it is possible to pay by check by selecting the option at checkout. To do so, you'll need to complete your order and then send us your payment made payable to SODEP. Please clearly identify the transaction number on your check. To pay by money order, you will need to contact SODEP by e-mail or telephone, mentioning which product(s) you wish to purchase.

 

I made a mistake during my transaction, what should I do?

 

You can modify certain information directly in your customer account. You can also contact SODEP using the contact form to have the error corrected.

 

I need a large quantity of magazines for a project or an event. How do I proceed?

 

You can contact SODEP using the contact form and explain your needs. SODEP will be able to evaluate the different options with you.

 

Can I buy magazines issues elsewhere than on your website?

 

Yes, you can. Most Canadian bookstores carry SODEP members’ periodicals. Don't hesitate to ask your bookseller.

 

 

Account and profile

I don't have an email address, can I still make purchases on the SODEP website?

 

No, you need an email address in order to purchase directly from the SODEP website. If you do not have an email address, you can place an order by phone.

 

I forgot the password to access my customer account. What should I do?

 

You can use the Forgot your password link on your account login page at any time. This will allow you to reset your password and access your account.

 

I just moved. How do I change my delivery address?

 

You can change your delivery address at any time by accessing your SODEP customer account in the My Addresses section.

 

 

Delivery

I have purchased periodicals on the SODEP website and I have not received one or more of the periodicals in my order, what should I do?

 

If your subscription starts with the next issue, the periodical you subscribe to, not SODEP, will send you your order. There may also be a delay between the time you order and the next issue.

If a magazine is missing from your order, you can contact SODEP via the contact form.

 

 

Projects and partnership 

I would like to collaborate to a magazine, what should I do?

 

You can consult the News page and select Call for texts to consult the calls for texts and works from the various magazines.

 

Is it possible to announce a news or an event on the SODEP website?

 

The News and Events sections of SODEP are limited to members and partners. However, if you wish to be a partner of SODEP, you can contact the team using the contact form.
